Craisin Salad

We got this recipe from a sister-in-law, and it has stood as a family favorite for more than 20 years now. So simple to prepare, so crunchy, so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 heads romaine lettuce
  • 2 apples tart is best, but use what you have
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup pecans chopped, toasted
  • 1/2 red onion chopped fine

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • Toss together salad ingredients.
  • Mix dressing and add right before serving.
